This portal, kts.cict.in, is designed, developed, hosted and maintained by the Central Institute of Classical Tamil (CICT), Chennai, an autonomous institution under the Ministry of Education, Government of India, for Kashi Tamil Sangamam 5.0 – Thirukkural Payilvom. Every effort is made to keep the content of this portal accurate and up to date. It should not, however, be read as a statement of law or used for any legal purpose. Notices, dates, results and lists published on the portal are the official information of the programme. The interface of the portal is offered in 23 languages. Where a translation and the English text differ, the English text prevails.

Use of the portal

• Every applicant must give true and complete information and documents. An application with false information, or a second application of the same student, may be cancelled at any stage.
• The sign-in details of an application are personal to the student. Taking the online test for another person, or helping someone to do so, is malpractice.
• Attempts to break the security of the portal, to read data that is not one's own, or to overload the portal with automated requests are not permitted and may be reported to the authorities.
• Any malpractice leads to the cancellation of the candidature.

Liability

Under no circumstances will CICT be liable for any expense, loss or damage, including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any expense, loss or damage whatsoever arising from the use, or loss of use, of data, arising out of or in connection with the use of this portal.

Law and jurisdiction
